This is expression vector containing J61101 under T7 promoter. It can be used for easily expression of any protein-encoding BioBrick in RFC10 format.

Construct design

The device consists of T7 promoter followed by J61101 RBS. Device was created by annealing of synthetic complementary oligonucleotides followed by subsequent cloning into pSB1A2 vector.

Expression strength

Expression strength of this device is based on measurements of [http://2010.igem.org/Team:Warsaw/Stage1/PromMeas promoter strength] and [http://2010.igem.org/Team:Warsaw/Stage1/RBSMeas RBS performance] done by Team Warsaw 2010.

It's estimated to be 22,7% relative to BBa_K299509, the strongest ExpressIt! vector.
